The Role

As an Enterprise Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts. Your primary objective is to achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

  • You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up is also a critical aspect of this role.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs will be your key performance indicator.
  • You will build strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining market trend awareness and providing regular competitor feedback is essential.
  • You will organize data and generate deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the sales team in key planning and operations tasks will be crucial to achieving the overall business objective.
  • Attainment planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives, and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness will be your responsibilities.
  • You will provide pricing and contract support by offering the sales team high-quality and competitive proposals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends will drive strategic and tactical business decisions, and coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts is vital.
  • You will ensure Sales process adoption and compliance, as well as identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience within a B2B Sales or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, preferably within the Ed Tech, IT Services, and Hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • You should possess a working knowledge of sales, cold calling, negotiation skills, communication skills, and sales.
  • A strong networker and relationship builder with the ability to work well in fast-paced environments is essential.
  • Highly goal-driven individuals who pay strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standards are what we're looking for.
