Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Apna. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch Apna's hiring products to 10-15 clients daily, generating prospects and sharing market data with your manager.
- Manage customer objections regarding product, competition, pricing, and expectations.
- Assess SMB clients' business requirements and sell recruitment solutions.
- Onboard clients and facilitate their first job posting on the platform.
- Create market references and drive organic revenue.
- Represent Apna's brand, pitching our value proposition to interested prospects.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets, ensuring adherence to short-term and long-term goals.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong B2B client-facing experience, with skills in hustling, negotiation, lead generation, and knocking. Additionally, being a team player and a strong people person is essential.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HRTech or BFSI/Insurance hard cold selling. A valid driving license and access to a bike are also mandatory due to the traveling nature of this job.
Salary Range: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum
