Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Solar EPC Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at 2coms. This role requires a strong sales acumen, passion for building and maintaining customer relationships, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify C&I leads to build a strong pipeline of potential customers
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in the solar EPC sector
  • Nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive sales
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to order conversion
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B solar EPC sales, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • B. Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field preferred
