Field Sales Development Manager

Job Summary:
Dabur India Limited is seeking a skilled Territory Growth Specialist to drive sales and market presence in our region. This role involves managing stocks and stockists, as well as overseeing the performance of our field force.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increasing Sales Distribution: Identify new stockists in untapped markets, set targets for our field force, and ensure adequate merchandising to maintain market presence.
- Stock Management: Monitor pipelines, rectify discrepancies, and process damaged or expired stock according to company norms.
- Stockist Management: Handle receivables, ensure proper servicing of markets by stockists, and settle claims within prescribed periods.
- Resource Deployment: Approve Merchandising Joint Plans (MJP) for our Sales Promoters (SPs), monitor sales productivity, and reorganize sales beats for optimal efficiency.
- Expense Control: Ensure travel expenses are within entitlements and budget limits.
- Performance Management: Evaluate SP performance, provide developmental inputs, feedback, and counseling.
- Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training, coordinate classroom training with our Training Manager, and facilitate technical education for salons in the territory.
- Administration: Prepare and dispatch MIS reports, formulate claims settlement procedures, and handle personnel-related tasks such as leaves and attendance.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹ 8,00,000 - ₹ 10,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
