Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role as the National Sales Head located in Ghaziabad at Sona Machinery Limited.

Responsibilities

The National Sales Head will be responsible for:

  • Developing business plans and sales strategies to drive market growth and expand customer base
  • Managing a team and leading them towards achieving sales targets
  • Distributing products through various channels and overseeing sales and marketing efforts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the Agriculture or Grain processing industry (preferred)
