This is a full-time on-site role as the National Sales Head located in Ghaziabad at Sona Machinery Limited.

ResponsibilitiesThe National Sales Head will be responsible for:
- Developing business plans and sales strategies to drive market growth and expand customer base
- Managing a team and leading them towards achieving sales targets
- Distributing products through various channels and overseeing sales and marketing efforts
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the Agriculture or Grain processing industry (preferred)
