Role Description

This full-time on-site role as the National Sales Head is located in Ghaziabad at Sona Machinery Limited. As the National Sales Head, you will be responsible for business planning, team management, channel sales, and overall sales and marketing strategies to drive market growth and expand customer base.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective business plans to drive sales growth and expand customer base.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  5. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the Agriculture or Grain processing industry is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, the company offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
