We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Lifelancer in New Delhi, India. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for conducting sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, lead generation activities, and quotation follow-ups.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
  • Sales Presentations: Present products or services to clients in a compelling manner, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction between the client and the company under the observation of the Sales Head.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (estimated). This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, with opportunities for career growth and development.
