Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets, maintaining customer records, and acquiring new customers. They will also be expected to build contacts with potential clients, create new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and upselling/cross-selling our products and services.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including meetings, calls, emails, and sales activities.
- Marketing Support: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, including social media, content marketing, and event planning.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that may impact our business, and provide insights to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
Salary: ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on experience.
