Job Description:

This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses, and resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, as well as strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless support throughout the sales process
  • Analyze customer data to identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a customer service or CRM role, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
