Senior Sales Development Manager

Job Summary: The Senior Sales Development Manager will be responsible for implementing and driving growth of Indirect (Distribution partners) and Direct Sales of Power Tools business in assigned regions.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure market-level strategies and business objectives are met by Sales.
2. Understand customer requirements and develop techno-commercial proposals accordingly.
3. Influence sales support personnel, including customer support and resources, to meet performance objectives and customer expectations.
4. Identify prospective clients and evaluate their position in the industry to explore business opportunities.
5. Maintain business relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
6. Review channel partners' performance on a monthly basis.
7. Provide timely support to clients when required.
8. Market and sell multidisciplinary, customized solutions.
9. Work cross-functionally within IR to meet customer deadlines.
KPIs:
1. Attend and resolve customer and cross-functional team concerns.
2. Generate weekly inquiries through joint visits to customers with channel partners.
3. Review the hit rate of channel partners against submitted quotes every month.
4. Achieve monthly AOP targets.
Required Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
2. 10-12 years of relevant experience in OEM/Indirect Sales.
3. Strong coordination with Automotive OEMs and their ancillaries.
4. Self-motivation and self-starting abilities.
5. Results-oriented approach.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
7. Good level of English speaking and writing skills.
This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
