At 2coms, we're seeking a driven Solar Energy Sales Development Manager to spearhead our commercial and industrial (C&I) solar EPC sales efforts. This is a unique opportunity to build a pipeline of potential customers, develop targeted sales strategies, and nurture relationships with existing clients.



Company Overview

As a Sales Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying C&I leads, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with our marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive sales growth.



Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to understand customer needs. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to order conversion, providing timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proven track record in B2B solar EPC sales with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer needs

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • B. Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred
