Global Sales Manager for Renewable Energy Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Global Sales Manager to join our team at ielecssol. This role will involve overseeing the sales function for our Solar Lighting products in the USA market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presents company, product, and solution information to potential clients in the USA market.
- Conducts online meetings with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and showcase product offerings.
- Takes a proactive approach to arranging and conducting one-on-one meetings with key decision-makers in the USA market.
- Develops product demonstrations that highlight features, benefits, and applications of Solar Lighting products.
- Negotiates contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with clients to secure sales and maximize profitability.
- Closes deals and follows up with clients to ensure satisfaction and addresses any post-sale inquiries or concerns.
- Handles export documentation, including preparing and processing sales orders, invoices, shipping documents, and customs clearance forms.
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Stays informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the electronics industry in the USA market.
A Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field and 3-4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Lighting, Solar Lighting, Battery, Inverter industry, is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Salary range is approximately $50,000 - $60,000 per annum based on experience.
