Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar EPC Sales Representative to join our team at 2coms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a pipeline of Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customers, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end journey of order conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify C&I leads to build a strong pipeline of potential customers
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities
  • Nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive sales
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to order conversion
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in B2B solar EPC sales with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (preferred)
