Job Overview

Dabur India Limited is seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Increasing sales distribution and identifying new opportunities for growth;
  • Managing stock levels and ensuring that our products are adequately merchandised;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales width and optimize sales efficiencies;
  • Evaluating the performance of field staff and providing developmental inputs, feedback, and counseling as needed;
  • Ensuring that trade promotions and market schemes are implemented as per specified norms and guidelines;
  • Preparing and dispatching MIS reports and other documents as required.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A strong background in sales and marketing with experience in managing teams and developing sales strategies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications;
  • Estimated salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum (depending on location and experience).
