Job Title: Cluster Head - Insurance Business Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Cluster Head to lead our Insurance Business in a specific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business plans to achieve regional targets
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bank regional officers and zonal officers
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, including operations, underwriting, and legal
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
• Manage and maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and business development activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales or business development
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
