The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and maximize share of wallet.
  • Providing market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Supporting the sales team in key planning and operations tasks to drive business objectives.
  • Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Ideal Profile

  • 6-12 months of experience in B2B sales or sales operations, preferably in the Ed Tech, IT Services, and Hospitality industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
