Business Development Job Opportunity
Precised Talent is hiring a Business Development Manager for a hardware manufacturing company. This role involves increasing sales through strategic partnerships and market outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appoint new dealers and associate retailers to expand sales channels.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and face-to-face interactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing dealers and retailers.
- Ensure brand availability in the market.
- Manage primary and secondary sales to boost productivity.
- Collect payments from clients in a timely manner.
- Provide competitor activity reports to improve the brand and processes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Collect customer feedback.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the hardware industry.
Salary: ₹10 to ₹15 lakhs per annum (open to negotiation for the right candidate).
Location: Ghaziabad.
