Business Development Job Opportunity

Precised Talent is hiring a Business Development Manager for a hardware manufacturing company. This role involves increasing sales through strategic partnerships and market outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appoint new dealers and associate retailers to expand sales channels.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and face-to-face interactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing dealers and retailers.
  • Ensure brand availability in the market.
  • Manage primary and secondary sales to boost productivity.
  • Collect payments from clients in a timely manner.
  • Provide competitor activity reports to improve the brand and processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Collect customer feedback.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the hardware industry.

Salary: ₹10 to ₹15 lakhs per annum (open to negotiation for the right candidate).

Location: Ghaziabad.
