The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in key planning and operations tasks to drive business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective goal setting, sales incentives, and territory analysis to drive sales performance.
  • Provide pricing and contract support to the sales team, ensuring high-quality and competitive proposals.
  • Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators to drive strategic and tactical business decisions.
  • Ensure sales process adoption and compliance, identifying opportunities for improvement in sales processes and systems.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Support, preferably in the IT Services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of communication and lead generation.
  • Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to find creative solutions to problems.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder.
