Job Title: Data Integration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust data integration solutions to extract, transform, and load data from our data source to MS Azure data warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient data integration solutions, ensuring seamless and accurate data flow from source systems to the data warehouse.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL processes using industry best practices and standards, focusing on performance, scalability, and data quality.
  • Collaborate with data architects to design and implement data models that support ETL processes and facilitate effective data retrieval.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks in ETL processes, optimizing data transformation and loading for improved efficiency.
  • Implement data validation and reconciliation procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of transformed data.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for ETL processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and ease of maintenance for future enhancements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, business intelligence developers, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading, providing timely support to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in data integration, ETL development, and data modeling.
  • Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology like ETL, Azure DATA Lake, Oracle pl Sql,.net, SQL Server etc.
  • Sound knowledge pertaining to Infrastructure on Cloud.
  • Exceptional team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to delegate efficiently.
  • A deep passion for innovation and improving organization performance through the application of emerging technologies and practices.
  • A strong desire to continually learn about new technologies.
  • Results-oriented and metrics-driven operational leader.
  • Work well under minimal supervision.
