At TraviYo, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to drive business objectives.
  • Attainment planning through effective goal setting and designing sales incentives to drive business objectives.
  • Providing pricing and contract support to the sales team.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends.
  • Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a Sales Operations/Sales Support role, preferably in the IT Services industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of communication and lead generation.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
