Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to strengthen domestic partnerships across Central India. This dynamic role involves building and managing strong relationships with state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders in the tourism industry.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills will be essential for securing agreements aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Lead discussions on contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensure all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
  • Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Represent us in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India.
  • Monitor tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on partner deliverables.
Requirements:
  • 4–5 years of experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales/partnership targets.
  • Open to extensive travel across India and flexible to work remotely when stationed at partner locations.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
