Job Description

Lead – Partnerships & GTM is a pivotal role that involves developing and executing B2B partnership strategies aligned with growth objectives.

  • Develop and execute B2B partnership strategies in line with the company's growth goals.
  • Identify, pitch, and close high-impact deals with potential partners.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and channel partners.
  • Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and coordinate legal aspects of partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to activate collaborations.
  • Monitor performance, KPIs, and revenue contribution of partnerships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
  • A proven track record in building and scaling partnerships from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mindset with focus on execution and results.
  • Strategic thinker with tactical execution ability.
