As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing client relationships in the Data & AI domain.

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business prospects in Data, AI, and Software consultancy.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client base across industries (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and business leaders.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal creation, presentations, contract negotiations, and closure.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services, Consulting, or Technology Solutions (preferably Data, AI, Cloud, or Software Development).
  • Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies (Data Engineering, Machine Learning, MLOps, Cloud Platforms, Analytics).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value for clients.
