Business Growth Strategist
">We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying business opportunities, establishing partnerships and negotiating deals.
This is a full-time position that requires you to be based on-site. As a Business Growth Strategist, your key responsibilities will include:
• Identifying potential partners and establishing contact with them.
• Providing them with information about various personal financial products and the business opportunities available through these institutions.
• Convincing them to join as advisors/agencies.
• Completing documentation, training, scheduling exams and ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Helping them commence their initial business.
• Creating daily content for digital marketing and posting on social media platforms.
Additionally, you will also be expected to:
• Understand various personal financial products, specifically all types of insurance.
• Keep records up-to-date and provide excellent customer service.
• Implement digital and social media marketing strategies for partnership and business opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience in business development, partnership management and negotiation.
- Finance, wealth management and insurance industry awareness.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the specific industry or market is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
