Job Overview

This is a full-time opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Lead. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for pitching Zealver's value proposition to top accounts and working with high-value clients across the region.

You will manage a complete end-to-end sales cycle, often presenting to C-level executives/HR teams, and interact with customers directly in the case of B2B2C acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead revenue generation, pipeline building, and meeting potential clients daily (B2B/B2B2C)
  • Aquisition of new clients, management of existing client relationships, and ensuring retention/renewals
  • Area mapping and building sales channels for the achievement of sales targets to show month-on-month growth
  • Guide day-to-day sales operations with the existing team
  • Implementing marketing/brand positioning strategies and creating collaterals relevant/specific to the pulse of the region -- to support sales
  • Contribute directly to revenue/growth management
  • Closely monitoring the industry trends for the assigned service segment, monitoring competition & developing key performance indicators for long-term growth and target achievement
  • Market Analysis, business planning, concept selling, negotiating, influencing and key account management
  • Regular Reporting and meetings with the leadership to ensure a coordinated approach to develop business opportunities and facilitate team building
  • Weekly reviews and planning further scopes of action
Qualifications & Required Skills:

We are seeking an individual with a Post graduate/MBA in Healthcare Management preferred. A minimum of 7 to 10+ years experience in Healthcare/Healthcare sales/concept selling is required. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be willing to travel extensively.

The successful candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Fluency in English and Hindi is also essential.

What's On Offer

We are offering up to ₹7,00,000 per annum for the Business Development position and up to ₹1,20,00,000 per annum (inclusive of variable component) for the Business Development Manager position based on your experience, relevant industry background and competencies. You will join a lean talented team managing business across the country.
