We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team at Knight FinTech, one of the fastest-growing FinTech companies in the Lending/Treasury industry.

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development, working on multiple concurrent projects to gather and analyze business requirements and identify process and technical solutions.

Your responsibilities will include utilizing advanced communication skills and business process knowledge to effectively communicate technical and non-technical materials to customers and internal teams, developing and managing high-quality BRD/FSD documents, and coordinating with technology teams to drive changes and remediate issues.

You will also guide QA teams in understanding functional aspects and relevant scenarios, assist project managers in planning and estimating efforts, and provide support on business requirements and implementation strategies.

To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in handling end-to-end implementation of an Enterprise IT Solution, preferably in the BFSI domain. Working experience in the Lending Domain (LOS / LMS / Credit) or DA/Securitization domain is essential.

The ideal candidate will have 7-20 years of total work experience, with 5-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst. You will be based in Mumbai and will work on a full-time basis.
