Pacific Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for business development and a strong track record of success.

About the Role

The Strategic Business Development Lead will be responsible for leading the business development function of the organization, generating sales from designated geographies, and building continuous business sources. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute business development strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and other means
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform business development decisions
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize business development outcomes
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure business development performance and make informed decisions

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related fieldProven track record of success in business development, with a focus on driving revenue growthStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholdersAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

A base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experienceA bonus structure that rewards individual and team performanceA comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time offOpportunities for professional development and career advancement

Working Hours and Location

This role is based in the UK and requires occasional travel to client sites and industry events. We offer flexible working hours, with a standard working day from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
