We are seeking a skilled Senior Relationship Manager to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Aquire new Public Sector Undertaking relationships through effective networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
  • Identify opportunities across lending, liability, transaction banking, treasury, and other corporate banking products to create customized solutions for PSU clients.
  • Drive revenue and profitability targets through acquisition and cross-selling while ensuring credit quality, compliance, and risk management in all dealings.
  • Build strong internal stakeholder collaboration with credit, product, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate/PSU relationship management or acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of the PSU ecosystem, corporate banking products, and credit analysis.
  • MBA/CA/Graduate with relevant banking experience preferred.
