Partner Manager Job Summary
">Job Description:
- We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven individual to manage our strategic partnerships. This role requires the ability to build long-term relationships, oversee operational processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- You will be responsible for managing the partner lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, deliverables, invoicing, and ongoing relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end partner engagement, including onboarding, communication, and escalation.
- Oversee the accuracy of financial and contractual documentation, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and operational terms.
- Responsible for meeting deadlines related to publishing reports, sharing partner listings, and fulfilling requests in a timely manner.
- Verify contract terms and conditions before activation to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct quality checks by calling partners to verify their experience, clarify details, and ensure they meet predefined standards and service-level expectations.
- Maintain records of all communication for audit and quality assurance purposes.
- Update and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date partner records.
- Evaluate and improve partner data integrity and update records promptly to reflect any changes or corrections.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Any Discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Partnerships Account Management, Client Success / Servicing or Relationship Management roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building long-term relationships.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
