We are seeking a highly motivated professional to fill the role of Business Development and Partnerships Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in business development/marketing in the IT or software industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads through Sales Navigator, Upwork, and Clutch platforms.
- Collaborate with the design team to set up Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage outreach, follow-ups, and client requirement capture.
- Work on pitch decks and proposals with the design team.
- Support in building inbound and outbound funnels.
- 1-2 years of experience in BD/Marketing in IT or software industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to learn quickly.
- Driven by targets and growth.
