Job Title: Client Partnership Specialist
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Client Partnership Specialist. As a key member of our group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving growth and revenue expansion.
- Foster key client relationships through proactive engagement, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations
- Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet client needs, aligning with business objectives and quality standards
- Manage SOWs/MSAs, negotiate contracts, and oversee invoicing and collections processes
- Maintain a robust candidate network aligned with client demand, improving time-to-fill and enhancing overall satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1-5 years in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
- Demonstrated revenue growth outcomes, strong stakeholder management, and effective negotiation skills
- Contract management experience, including negotiation and billing/invoicing processes
- Working knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodologies and IT hiring cycles
Nice to have:
- MSP/VMS experience, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance
- Prior recruitment operations exposure (ATS, submittal quality)
Key Indicators for Success:
- Owned key IT accounts, work from office, immediate joiners, earn big with our accelerators
- Grew IT services/staffing accounts before? Lead the relationship, delivery, and growth - work from office
