Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Director to lead high-profile client partnerships and spearhead creative marketing initiatives. This role demands exceptional communication skills, in-depth knowledge of advertising agency dynamics, and the ability to align strategic brand objectives with compelling creative work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with client teams to understand their business strategies, marketing goals, and day-to-day requirements
  2. Establish seamless communication channels between clients and internal teams to ensure on-time execution
  3. Assist in developing comprehensive brand strategies, digital marketing plans, and execution timelines
  4. Translate client briefs into actionable work plans across digital and offline platforms
  5. Work with content and creative teams to deliver engaging content and campaign creatives that meet client expectations
  6. Oversee the entire development process – from research, creative concepts, artwork, documentation, to final rollout
  7. Review and edit content, artwork, and campaign messaging to ensure alignment with brand tone and objectives
  8. Present creative concepts to clients, capture feedback, and ensure timely iterations
  9. Identify and pitch to new potential clients, contributing to business expansion

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising or marketing agency
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing workflows
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing creative/content workflows and internal coordination
  • Familiarity with the local market and regional sensibilities is beneficial
  • Ability to lead client discussions with confidence and strategic insight
