
Strategic Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Partnership Professional to develop and nurture pivotal business relationships with influential distributors across designated territories. This role demands a profound understanding of the industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to coach staff on product unique selling propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads and sources for prospective customers
- Connect with respective branches of partners and organize training for employees and channel partners
- Generate leads through joint calls along with partner employee/sub partner
- Ensure quality business is sourced from the branches/sub partners of the partner
- Develop an in-depth understanding of products and coach staff on product USPs
- Expand external networks with key insurance distributors across in partner branches and increase MLI wallet share
Accountabilities:
- Industry Knowledge: Brings through knowledge of the Industry, understands the challengers & provides strategic direction.
- Client Relationship: Proactively identifies, approaches and enhances strong relationship with key executives, decision makers and influencers at partner s branch
- Client Advocate: Leverages the benefits & positioning of MLI products & services and able to recognize an opportunity.
Measures of Success:
- Business Plan: Adj MFYP (Rs.) - Plan v/s Actuals
- Customer Score Quality:
- 13th month Persistency (%)
- GIR
Requirements:
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills
- Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills
- Stakeholder management
- Full understanding/experience of handling partner
- Experience in managing strategic initiatives/programs/trainings
- Coaching the Partner employees
Desired Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or distributor management, Prior experience in insurance essential
