
IT Sales Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing client relationships in the Data & AI domain.
Key Responsibilities:- Pursue New Business Opportunities: Qualify and pursue new business opportunities in Data, AI, and Software consultancy.
- Develop Growth Strategies: Execute strategies to expand the client base across industries (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Bid Management: Manage prospecting, proposal creation, presentations, contract negotiations, and closure of sales cycles.
- Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work with technical teams to shape solutions that address client challenges and opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services, Consulting, or Technology Solutions (preferably Data, AI, Cloud, or Software Development)
- Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies (Data Engineering, Machine Learning, MLOps, Cloud Platforms, Analytics)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value for clients
