Job Title: Financial Leadership Position

This leadership role oversees the organization's financial management, encompassing strategy, reporting, compliance, risk management, and investor relations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and deep expertise in corporate finance.

The successful candidate will work closely with executive leaders to ensure sound financial planning, resource allocation, and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee financial operations across global entities and business units.
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term growth strategies.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
  • Implement strong internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and return on investment (ROI).

Requirements:

  • Candidate should hold a CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced financial qualification.
  • A minimum of 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience in IT Consulting, Technology, or Professional Services industry preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment.
  • M&A and international finance operations experience advantageous.
