Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our finance operations and business analytics functions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong proficiency in MS Excel, and knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI. They will also possess excellent communication skills in English with the ability to interact directly with international clients.

Below are the key responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day finance operations including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
  • Assist in preparing financial and incentive-related reports for internal management.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure timely posting of journals.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of expenses.
  • Provide support in monthly closing activities and ad-hoc finance assignments.

Operational & Financial Analytics

  • Prepare performance dashboards and financial models to analyze business efficiency.
  • Conduct ROI and profitability analysis across teams, projects, and clients.
  • Evaluate channel and process efficiency to drive improvements.
  • Provide actionable insights using Power BI and other visualization tools.
  • Partner with leadership to prepare management reports for decision-making.

Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics. Experience in the KPO/BPO sector is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) with ability to interact directly with international clients.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
