Business Development and Consulting Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Consulting professional to lead our team in driving revenue and cost goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business research, consulting, and management, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Develop high-quality proposals and presentations, encompassing requirements gathering, research solutions formulation, commercial framework design, and effective solution presentation.
  • Participate in business development tasks, contribute to marketing outreach programs, and initiate industry/capability decks, white papers, thought papers, articles, and case studies for business development support.
  • Lead the development of a team of senior analysts, analysts, and associates offering techno-commercial research & advisory services in chemicals & materials domain.
  • Handle all client communication, including query resolution, kick-off calls, deliverable presentations, and feedback calls.
  • Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, articulating technical, business, and analytical discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in chemical & material or related fields or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum six years of experience in business research or consulting type engagements.
  • Possess deep primary research experience and ability to train team members & improve their primary research skills.
  • Rich experience in end-to-end management of business research or consulting engagements, staying updated on recent industry happenings, challenges, and trends.
  • Excellent knowledge of Market Analysis, Business Analysis, Technology Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, Management Frameworks, Advanced MS Office, Forecasting, and Business Writing.
