About the Company

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM (Production Planning/Quality Management) Consultant with a strong background in greenfield S/4HANA implementations within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP PP and QM modules, coupled with the ability to manage client meetings, workshops, and extensive travel.

About the Role

The role involves leading and managing greenfield S/4HANA implementation projects from inception to completion within the pharma industry.

Responsibilities

  • Greenfield S/4HANA Implementation.
  • Design and configure the SAP PP & QM modules to meet business requirements and align with best practices and regulatory standards of the industry.
  • Conduct system integration, testing, and migration activities.
  • Conduct client meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide status updates.
  • Facilitate workshops to engage clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Provide expert advice on SAP PP/QM best practices, S/4HANA capabilities, and industry standards, particularly for life sciences/pharma.
  • Develop and propose innovative solutions to meet client business needs.
  • Conduct system assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and project managers tailored to the industry requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required, including international travel if necessary.
  • Flexibility to accommodate travel schedules and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering workshops.
  • Project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of S/4HANA and latest SAP technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Must have experience with PPDS

Pay range and compensation package

Experience: (09 – 12) Years

Job Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai & Delhi.
