Job Title: Business Development & Sales Consultant (US/UK Focus)
Location: Hybrid (Chennai, Perungudi) | Shift: US Time Zones (flexible evening to night shifts)
We are on the lookout for a savvy Sales & Business Development Consultant who deeply understands the pulse of the US/UK markets. This is an exciting opportunity to unlock creative, strategic client acquisition with full autonomy—backed by our vision.
What You Will Do:
- Acquire new clients across the US (and UK)—target Fortune‑aligned firms and high-growth ventures.
- Run outreach, lead nurturing, closing, and relationship-building with finesse.
- Be the face of our organization in client meetings across US time zones—pitching, negotiating, strategizing.
- Ideate and execute ambitious, creative business‑dev strategies that expand revenue, partnerships, and brand presence.
- Report to leadership with insight-backed progress and pipeline updates.
Requirements:
- 7–8+ years of proven experience in sales or business development, specifically with US/UK clients—no domestic resumes, please.
- Polished communicator: Fluent English, exceptional writing, listening, presenting.
- A robust network or portfolio that showcases your ability to open VIP‑level conversations.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, contract negotiation, client lifecycle management.
- Thrives in a hybrid consulting setting—self-starter, independent, collaborative.
- Comfortable navigating US time‑zones, ready for early or late-day client engagements.
