We are seeking an accomplished Network Growth Strategist, a seasoned professional with expertise in building and scaling referral-driven marketing channels.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in network marketing, affiliate growth, or community marketing in the fintech, payments, or Web3 sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute grassroots adoption campaigns by leveraging communities, associations, and local groups to promote our product offerings.
  • Build and grow network-based marketing channels, including referral programs, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Design and implement reward-based marketing strategies to incentivize referrals and word-of-mouth growth.
  • Identify and onboard network leaders, micro-influencers, and community ambassadors in fintech/Web3 spaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design network-centric campaigns (contests, ambassador programs, incentive structures).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in network marketing, affiliate marketing, or community-driven growth.
  • Proven success in building and scaling referral or ambassador programs.
  • Strong connections in crypto, fintech, or digital communities (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, etc.).
  • Familiarity with performance-based growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI on referral campaigns).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to mobilize communities and turn users into brand advocates.
