Business Development Manager

We are seeking highly driven Business Development Managers to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with key partners in the CFD, forex (FX), and online trading industry. Your goal is to grow our global partner network and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new partners in target markets
  • Drive sales and grow client acquisition through strategic business development initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and assist in increasing net deposit volumes
  • Promote our CFD trading products and leverage solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support partners with tools and promotional resources
  • Monitor industry trends in forex, CFD, and online trading markets to stay competitive
  • Represent us at global and regional events to grow our partner network
  • Provide regular reporting on partnership performance, pipeline, and revenue impact

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the CFD, forex, or brokerage industry
  • A strong existing network of partners in online trading markets
  • Deep understanding of MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) platforms and their use in retail and institutional trading
  • A track record of driving net deposits, hitting KPIs, and growing revenue in a sales environment
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a performance-based culture
