We are seeking an accomplished HR Strategic Leader to spearhead our Human Resources department. Key responsibilities include leading the recruitment process, designing and implementing company policies and objectives for the HR team. The successful candidate will contribute to shaping our employer brand strategy and ensuring our organization attracts, develops and retains top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Set strategic objectives for the HR team and monitor progress
  • Design and implement policies that promote a positive work environment
  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits plans
  • Support and enhance the entire recruitment process
  • Host in-house recruitment events and networking opportunities
  • Discuss employee career development paths with managers and facilitate growth opportunities
  • Maintain and analyze HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Review and optimize departmental budgets and resources
  • Organize and deliver learning and development programs
  • Ensure timely resolution of employees' requests and grievances
  • Maintain compliance with labor regulations and laws

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and employment law
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to foster a healthy and inclusive work environment
