This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry for Direct client and MSP recruitment only.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment processes.
- Identify and research potential clients (MSP/Direct Client) within target industries and markets.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure profitability and mutual satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in managing and growing key accounts
- Knowledge of current market trends and competitors
- Proficiency in Apollo AI or other lead generation software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
