Key Role Summary

The Business Growth Specialist is a crucial role that oversees and manages B2B relationships with educational institutions like colleges and universities.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Account Management:
  • Manage B2B relationships with educational institutions, ensuring consistent engagement and smooth communication with clients.
Business Expansion & Growth Strategies:
  • Develop strategies to onboard new clients and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Onboarding New Educational Institutions:
  • Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions.
  • Help institutions understand how our platform can enhance their services.
  • Manage and support institutions during initial stages of adoption.
Training & Development Support:
  • Provide necessary training and support to clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the platform.
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Regularly analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met.
  • Share timely updates with internal teams and clients about performance, issues, and opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
  • Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.
    • In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools.
    • A result-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
