Job Title:

Business Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Implement: Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to meet business requirements.
  • System Configuration, Testing, and Deployment: Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities.
  • Integration Management: Manage integrations between EC, ECP, and third-party systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Support business users by troubleshooting issues, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Data Migration and Governance: Assist in data migration, validation, and governance for EC and ECP modules.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR and payroll processes.
  • Ongoing Support and Enhancements: Provide ongoing support and system enhancements, ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations.
  • Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions and develop documentation for end-users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • SAP SuccessFactors Knowledge: Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP is essential.
  • System Administration: Strong understanding of system administration principles and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
