About the Position
We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team in drafting, reviewing and responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other compliance-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting clear and professional RFE responses that ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborating with recruiters, HR, compliance, and legal teams to gather required documents and supporting evidence.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of US staffing, immigration, and background verification requirements.
- Tracking and managing deadlines to ensure timely delivery of RFE responses.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in English, Communications, Business, or related field).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in RFE writing, staffing documentation, or compliance writing is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online collaboration tools.
