Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and secure high-value client relationships, partnerships, and contracts.
- Develop and execute targeted go-to-market strategies and sales plans.
- Drive lead generation, client outreach, presentations, and direct sales efforts.
- Foster long-term client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of proven success in US IT Staffing & Recruitment
- Strong existing client relationships and ability to generate immediate business
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
