JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
with
1–2 years of experience in IT Sales
to join our team remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to
identify potential clients
,
pitch our services
, and
convert leads into active business opportunities
.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and connect with potential clients via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Pitch VAIR IT TECHNOLOGIES' services (web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, etc.) to prospects
  • Generate high-quality leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with the technical team to prepare customized proposals
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead and client information
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to move them through the sales funnel
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development or IT sales (preferably in a software company or digital agency)
  • Proven track record of lead generation and client acquisition
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with IT services such as website development, mobile apps, and digital marketing
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, email outreach tools, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
