Key Responsibilities
- Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure KPIs are met.
- Sales & Lead Management
- Handle inquiries and leads from Alibaba, Indiamart, inbound leads, and other online platforms.
- Qualify, follow up, and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Develop upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across different product categories.
- Business Growth & Targets
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and production teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Track sales pipeline and prepare regular performance reports.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to improve strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B business development / inside sales.
- Strong knowledge of international trade platforms (Alibaba, Indiamart) and online lead management.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
