Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Sales & Lead Management
  • Handle inquiries and leads from Alibaba, Indiamart, inbound leads, and other online platforms.
  • Qualify, follow up, and convert leads into long-term customers.
  • Develop upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across different product categories.
  • Business Growth & Targets
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and production teams for smooth execution of orders.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Track sales pipeline and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to improve strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B business development / inside sales.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade platforms (Alibaba, Indiamart) and online lead management.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
