About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for our recruitment services. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with companies, understanding their hiring needs (both blue-collar and white-collar roles), and closing business deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate business for blue-collar hiring (delivery boys, drivers, helpers, technicians, field executives, etc.).
- Generate business for white-collar hiring (executives, managers, IT/non-IT professionals).
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal recruitment team.
- Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals.
- Manage end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
- Visit clients for meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions (Bike is mandatory).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or recruitment sales.
- Strong understanding of blue-collar and/or white-collar hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Bike and valid driving license are mandatory.
